Jollof Pasta Bake

Ingredients
- 2 cups of uncooked pasta
- 1 cup of Jollof sauce
- 1 cup of diced bell peppers
- 1 cup of diced onions
- 1 cup of cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- 1 teaspoon of curry powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta, Jollof sauce, bell peppers, onions, chicken, thyme, curry powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
