Jollof Pasta Bake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of uncooked pasta
  • 1 cup of Jollof sauce
  • 1 cup of diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup of diced onions
  • 1 cup of cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of curry powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta, Jollof sauce, bell peppers, onions, chicken, thyme, curry powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
