Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) plain yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) olive oil
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup (240ml) shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup (240ml) diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) diced cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) tahini sauce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the yogurt, garlic, cumin, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken slices and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes, or until fully cooked.
