Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 burger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and pickles for serving

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper. Pulse until the mixture is finely chopped but not pureed.
