Ingredients
- 2 cups jute leaves
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lb chicken, cut into pieces
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 cup coriander, chopped
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.

- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add jute leaves, coriander, and parsley. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
