Ingredients
- 500g mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 3 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 green chilies, slit
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.
- Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, sauté for a minute.
- Add the tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
- Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Cook for a few minutes.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are soft and tender.
- Pour in the coconut milk and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Adjust the seasoning and serve hot.
