Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef, cut into cubes
  • 1 onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the beef cubes to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated beef, onion, bell pepper, and zucchini onto skewers.
  5. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables are tender.
  6. Serve the kabab hot with rice or flatbread.
