Ingredients

  • 4 swordfish steaks
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon saffron threads
  • 1 tablespoon hot water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat the swordfish steaks with this mixture and let them marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the swordfish steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have grill marks.
