Ingredients
- 4 swordfish steaks
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon saffron threads
- 1 tablespoon hot water
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat the swordfish steaks with this mixture and let them marinate for 15 minutes.
