Ingredients
- 1 large eggplant, cut into chunks
- 2 zucchinis, sliced

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 wooden skewers, soaked in water
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup water

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
