Kacho (marshallese Style Pork Stir-fry)

Ingredients
- 1 lb pork, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and black pepper. Set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the pork and stir-fry until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for another 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the pork and vegetables. Stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is well coated and heated through.
