Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 unbaked pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the shredded coconut, sugar, and flour.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then add the coconut milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
- Allow the kadu to cool before slicing and serving.
