Ingredients

  • 500g fresh paua (abalone)
  • 200g prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 200g squid, cleaned and sliced into rings
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 thumb-sized ginger, julienned
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the paua by removing the gut and membrane, then slice into thin pieces.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over high heat.
  3. Stir-fry the garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  4. Add the paua, prawns, and squid, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the bell peppers and onion, and continue stir-frying for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and fish sauce. Stir well to combine.
  7. Drizzle with sesame oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Stir-fry for another minute, then remove from heat.
