Ingredients

  • 1 kg beef, cubed
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 2 cups water
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and garlic, and cook until softened.
  3. Add beef, curry powder, and cayenne pepper. Cook until beef is browned.
  4. Pour in coconut milk and water. Season with salt.
  5. Simmer for 1 hour, or until beef is tender.
  6. Serve hot with rice or bread.
