Kakake (solomon's Sweet And Spicy Tofu)

Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu, cubed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, sriracha sauce, ginger, and garlic.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the tofu and cook until golden brown, then remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté the bell pepper and onion until tender.
- Return the tofu to the pan and pour the sauce over the tofu and vegetables.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring to coat the tofu and vegetables with the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
