Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh tuna, diced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 8 small tortillas
Instructions
- In a large skillet, sauté the onion and bell pepper until softened.
- Add the diced tuna to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, until the tuna is cooked through.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, coconut milk, lime juice, chili powder, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or in the oven.
