Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, shredded coconut, sugar, cardamom powder, and salt.
  2. Gradually add the milk while stirring to form a smooth batter.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and brush with ghee.
  4. Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it into a round shape.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
  6. Repeat with the remaining batter to make more pancakes.
  7. Serve the coconut-stuffed pancakes hot with a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
