Ingredients

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the flour, shredded coconut, sugar, cardamom powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the milk while stirring to form a smooth batter.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and brush with ghee.
- Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it into a round shape.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
- Repeat with the remaining batter to make more pancakes.
- Serve the coconut-stuffed pancakes hot with a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
