Ingredients
- 2 medium bitter gourds, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds

- 2-3 dry red chilies
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
