Ingredients

  • 2 cans of tuna, drained
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of cooking oil

Instructions

  1. In a pot, heat the cooking oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
  3. Add the drained tuna and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in the coconut milk and water. Stir to combine.
  5. Add the diced tomato and sliced green bell pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Season with fish sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
