Kamut Bread

Ingredients
- 3 cups kamut flour
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, dissolve the yeast in the warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
- Stir in the honey, salt, and olive oil.
- Gradually add the kamut flour, stirring until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf. Place it in a greased loaf pan.
- Cover and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bake the bread for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool before slicing and serving.
