Ingredients
- 2 onions, sliced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 potatoes, cubed
- 1 lb (450g) chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups (480ml) chicken broth
- 1/4 cup (60ml) soy sauce
- 2 tbsp (30g) curry powder
- 1 tbsp (15g) tomato paste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
