Kancolle Yamato

Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh tuna
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup mirin
- 1/4 cup sake
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 4 cups cooked white rice
Instructions
- Cut the tuna into bite-sized cubes.
- In a small saucepan, combine the soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Add the tuna to the saucepan and cook for 2-3 minutes, until the tuna is just cooked through.
- Remove the tuna from the saucepan and set aside.
- Divide the rice among 4 bowls and top with the cooked tuna.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
