Ingredients
- 2 cans of tuna, drained
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 green chili, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, chopped onion, diced tomatoes, diced cucumber, and chopped green chili.
- Add the fresh cilantro, mint leaves, and lime juice to the bowl.
- Gently toss the ingredients together until well combined.
- Season the salad with salt to taste.
- Refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
