Ingredients
- 500g fresh crab meat
- 1 cup semolina (rava)
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 3 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, slit
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Wash the crab meat thoroughly and drain the water.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, coriander leaves, and salt. Mix well and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Coat the marinated crab meat with semolina (rava) and shallow fry in the hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the fried crab from the pan and place it on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges and onion rings.
