Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 300g kangaroo meat, thinly sliced
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and kangaroo meat, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the meat is browned.
- Push the meat to the side of the wok, pour the beaten eggs into the empty space. Scramble the eggs until they are cooked through.
- Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir-fry everything together for 3-4 minutes, ensuring the rice is heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
