Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 300g kangaroo meat, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and kangaroo meat, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the meat is browned.
  3. Push the meat to the side of the wok, pour the beaten eggs into the empty space. Scramble the eggs until they are cooked through.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir-fry everything together for 3-4 minutes, ensuring the rice is heated through.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Remove from heat and serve hot.
