Ingredients
- 500g ground kangaroo meat
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

- 4 metal or soaked wooden skewers
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the kangaroo meat, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper, parsley, mint, breadcrumbs, and beaten egg.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion onto a skewer to form a kebab shape.
- Heat a grill or stovetop pan over medium heat and cook the kebabs for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
