Ingredients
- 500g kangaroo meat, thinly sliced
- 200g rice noodles
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup satay sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup peanuts, crushed
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the kangaroo meat with satay sauce and soy sauce for 15 minutes.
- Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, then set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add garlic, bell pepper, and onion, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

- Season with salt and pepper, then add the cooked noodles to the wok and toss to combine.
