Ingredients

  • 500g kangaroo meat, thinly sliced
  • 200g rice noodles
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup satay sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup peanuts, crushed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the kangaroo meat with satay sauce and soy sauce for 15 minutes.
  2. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, then set aside.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
