Kangaroo Stir-Fried Noodles (袋鼠炒面)

Ingredients
- 250g kangaroo meat, thinly sliced
- 300g fresh egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, julienned
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the fresh egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the kangaroo meat and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove from the wok and set aside.
- Heat the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil in the same wok. Add the onion, garlic, and red bell pepper. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the cooked kangaroo meat to the wok. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes to combine the flavors.
- Add the cooked egg noodles to the wok. Toss everything together until the noodles are heated through and well coated with the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot and enjoy your Kangaroo Stir-Fried Noodles!
