Ingredients

- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sliced red chilies, and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until they turn pink and opaque.
- Add shrimp paste (balacan) and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
- Add water spinach, sugar, and salt. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the water spinach is wilted but still vibrant green.
