Ingredients
- 300g water spinach (kangkung), washed and cut into 2-inch lengths
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 red chilies, sliced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sliced red chilies, and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the water spinach to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
- Season with salt, sugar, and soy sauce, and continue to stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
- Transfer the kangkung tumis to a serving dish and serve hot.
