Ingredients

Instructions

  2. In a separate pan, prepare sugar syrup by boiling water, sugar, and saffron until it reaches a sticky consistency.
  3. Heat ghee in a flat-bottomed pan for frying.
  4. Pour the chhena batter into a piping bag and squeeze it into the hot ghee in a circular motion to form jalebi shapes.
  5. Fry the jalebis until they turn golden brown and then dip them in the sugar syrup for a few seconds.
  6. Remove the jalebis from the syrup and sprinkle them with cardamom powder.
