Ingredients
- 1 liter full-fat milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 2 tablespoons chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios, cashews)
- 1/4 cup fresh cream
Instructions
- Boil the milk in a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
- Once the milk is reduced to half, add sugar and cardamom powder. Stir well and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
- Add the chopped nuts and fresh cream, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
