Ingredients

  • 2 cups roasted peanuts
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Grind the roasted peanuts in a food processor until they form a smooth paste.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the peanut paste, sugar, and water.
  3. Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens and pulls away from the sides of the pan.
