Ingredients

  • 2 lbs fresh crab, cleaned and cracked
  • 2 large taro roots, peeled and diced

  • 6 cups water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, sauté the onions and garlic until fragrant.

  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes and turmeric, then add the diced taro roots.
