Ingredients
- 8 lamb chops
- 2 tablespoons Zambian spice blend

- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- Season the lamb chops with Zambian spice blend and salt.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the lamb chops and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
