Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped

- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Mix the mashed potatoes, chopped onion, green chilies, coriander, red chili powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, bread crumbs, and salt in a bowl.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into round tikkis.
- Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the tikkis until they turn golden brown and crispy on both sides.
- Remove the tikkis from the pan and place them on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
- Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
