Ingredients
- 1 kg boneless chicken, cut into cubes
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Skewers for grilling
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt to make the marinade.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto skewers.

- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has charred edges.
