Karachi Seekh Kabab (کراچی سیخ کباب)

Ingredients

  • 500g ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion, green chilies, fresh coriander, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
  2. Knead the mixture well to ensure all the spices are evenly distributed.
  3. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them onto skewers to form long kebabs.
  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  5. Cook the kebabs for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are evenly browned and cooked through.
  6. Remove from the pan and serve hot with naan, raita, and salad.
