Karai Maguro Ramen (spicy Tuna Ramen)

Ingredients

  • 4 packs of ramen noodles
  • 1 lb fresh tuna, thinly sliced
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp chili garlic sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 4 soft-boiled eggs
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 sheet nori seaweed, cut into strips

Instructions

  1. In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil and add the soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, and sesame oil. Reduce the heat and let the broth simmer for 15 minutes.
  2. Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions, then divide them into 4 serving bowls.
  3. Place the sliced tuna on top of the noodles in each bowl.
  4. Pour the hot broth over the noodles and tuna, then top with green onions, soft-boiled eggs, bean sprouts, and nori seaweed.
