  • 4 cardamom pods
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 400ml coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the onions and garlic, and cook until softened.
  3. Add the lamb chunks and cook until browned on all sides.
  4. Stir in the tomatoes, cinnamon stick, cardamom pods, cumin, coriander, turmeric, and chili powder.
