Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2-3 tablespoons water
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.
