Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2-3 tablespoons water
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.
  4. While the cauliflower is roasting, prepare the tahini sauce by whisking together tahini, lemon juice, garlic, and water until smooth and creamy.
