Ingredients

  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and let cool.

  3. Divide the dough into 12 portions and shape each into a smooth ball.

  5. Remove the dumplings with a slotted spoon and roll them in the breadcrumbs.
  6. Serve the Kartoffelklöße hot as a side dish with your favorite gravy or sauce.
