Kasava Balls (cassava Balls)

Ingredients
- 2 lbs cassava, grated
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg, grated
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the grated cassava, sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball, and set aside.
- Heat oil in a deep pot or skillet over medium heat.
- Carefully place the cassava balls into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the fried cassava balls from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
