Ingredients

Instructions

  3. Add the rinsed buckwheat groats and salt to the boiling water.
  4. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the water is absorbed and the buckwheat is tender.
  5. Stir in the butter until melted.
  6. Remove from heat and let it sit, covered, for 5 minutes before serving.
