Ingredients
- 500g beef, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 3-4 green chilies, sliced
- 1 sprig curry leaves
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the sliced beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the sliced onion, green chilies, and curry leaves. Sauté until the onions are soft and translucent.
- Return the beef to the pan. Add the chili powder, black pepper, soy sauce, vinegar, and salt. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the beef is well coated with the spices.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
