Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the grated taro, chopped onion, flour, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Take spoonfuls of the taro mixture and carefully place them in the hot oil. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Remove and drain on paper towels.
