Ingredients

  • 2 large cassava roots, peeled and chopped
  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the cassava and sweet potatoes in a large pot and cover with water.
  2. Bring to a boil and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the cassava and sweet potatoes are tender.
  3. Drain the water and return the cassava and sweet potatoes to the pot.
  4. Add the coconut milk and mash until smooth.
  5. Season with salt to taste.
