Ingredients
- 2 large cassava roots, peeled and chopped
- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup coconut milk
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Place the cassava and sweet potatoes in a large pot and cover with water.
- Bring to a boil and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the cassava and sweet potatoes are tender.
- Drain the water and return the cassava and sweet potatoes to the pot.
- Add the coconut milk and mash until smooth.
- Season with salt to taste.
