Ingredients
- 2 cups taro, peeled and diced
- 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp gelatin powder
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- In a saucepan, cook the taro in coconut milk over medium heat until tender. Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
- In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
- Once the taro mixture is ready, remove from heat and blend until smooth. Return to the saucepan.
- Reheat the mixture and add the bloomed gelatin. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into ramekins or molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- To serve, unmold the panna cotta onto plates and enjoy!
