  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the garlic, onion, coriander, cumin, turmeric, salt, pepper, kecap manis, and vegetable oil to create the marinade.
  2. Add the beef cubes to the marinade and coat them evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated beef cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers.
