Ingredients

  • 500g lamb, cubed
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the lamb, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, turmeric, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Thread the marinated lamb onto the soaked skewers.
  4. Brush the kebabs with olive oil and grill for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked to your desired doneness.
