Ingredients
- 500g lamb, cubed
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the lamb, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, turmeric, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated lamb onto the soaked skewers.
- Brush the kebabs with olive oil and grill for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked to your desired doneness.
- Serve the kebabs hot with rice, salad, or pita bread.
