Ingredients
- 1 lb lamb, cut into 1-inch cubes

Instructions

- Add the lamb cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers.
- Grill the kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
