Kebap (spiced Lamb Kebabs)

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the ground lamb, chopped onion, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a sausage shape around a wooden skewer.
- Heat a grill pan or stovetop grill over medium-high heat.
- Cook the kebabs for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
- Serve the kebabs hot with your choice of side dishes.
